Our philosophy is simple. To offer memorable food and service in an elegant, yet approachable, venue. The restaurant will utilize locally grown, farm-to-fork ingredients in combination with carefully selected proteins, creating a menu that changes seasonally and features the freshest products.
We have a few things that make us special!!! First, we offer a relatively small menu. We do this to ensure that items we prepare are absolutely excellent, every time! Additionally, we believe that offering a smaller menu allows us to waste less food and requires less people to prepare, all of which turns into saving that we pass directly back to our guests!!!
